Danielle Bentley, cellist and festival curator, specialises in Australian art music. She also works extensively in the chamber, orchestral, commercial and popular music sectors. She is a Director of the critically-acclaimed ensemble Collusion. As a festival curator, she has twice produced Restrung New Chamber Music Festival (Brisbane Powerhouse 2008, 2012) with the third edition taking place in August 2017. At Queensland Conservatorium, she curated and managed Crossbows (2012, 2014), and the International Music Council’s 5th World Forum on Music (2013). She has received numerous grants, awards and nominations, including being the national recipient for the APRA-AMCOS Art Music Award for Excellence by an Individual (2013).
